　2つの用法を考えます。
・find that S Vの用法

この場合、thatを省略してYou'll find this novel is very interesting.と言うこともできます。

・find O C(O=Cだと分かる)の用法
　You'll find this novel very interesting.
このとき、this novelがO、very interestingがCです。this novel=very interestingだと分かる、という意味です。
