during the night って書かれてる文章があったんですけど、nightにTheをつける時とつけない時の違いはなんですか？🙇‍♂️

“Night” is countable here, so “during night” is incorrect.
“During the night” is correct.
If you don’t want to use “at”, you can use “at night”.
