最上級についてです。

最上級は形容詞の時「the」をつける
Our current project should be the most successful one in our company’s history.

副詞の時は省略可
She drives most carefully in his family.

ですよね。
ということは「worst」は形容詞なので絶対にtheが必要ですか？
