このwhoは、sheの形が変わったものですか？
だとしたら、（she is a teacher）はセットですから、
whoの後ろはis a teacherが来ないとダメな気がするんですけど…。。。

例えば、A girl whose name is Jun told me the way to the library

これを分解すると、

A girl told me the way to thelibrary

her name is Jun.

whoseはherが形を変えたものだから、whoseの後ろはname is Junが続く。となりますよね。
