Whenの４つの使い方がわかりません。関節疑問文のいつ〜するかで名詞になるのはわかりますが、関係副詞と従属接続詞の３つがわからないです。従属接続はSVとSVをつなぐといってましたが、他はSVが出てこないんですか？

... when I was young. 時
... when I watch tv. 時
The other two are close to the same as 時
It is better to remember two rules not four
Just be aware of special words and Japanese meaning as you use the 時form

If it is a question of when then いつ
If it is not a question of when then 時
