日本語訳を見ると「〜であり〜」と言っているので、副詞的用法の結果用法に思えますが？
どちらが正しいと思いますか？

ただ、なぜこの日本語訳が「〜であり〜」のような訳になるかが分からなくて。

「〜でそして」と言う訳に思えました。なぜこのような日本語訳になっているのでしょうか？
