係数を見ると6が3の2倍になっているので平方完成すると楽です.
3x^2+6x+2=0⇔3(x+1)^2-1=0⇔(x+1)^2=1/3⇔x+1=±1/√3⇔x=-1±(√3/3)=(-3±√3)/3.
慣れれば暗算でできると思います.

[平方完成から導かれた]解の公式を使うと
x=(-6±√(6^2-4*3*2))/2*3=(-6±√12)/6=(-6±2√3)/6=(-3±√3)/3.
こちらの方が計算時間は掛かるでしょう.
